Universal Van Rental uses FALSE advertisement to lure customers in and take advantage of them. Please do NOT do business with these people. They will advertise for a Town and Country or similar and will only offer you a small dodge caravan with no luggage space. Then they will intimidate you into renting a bigger and more expensive van. Go to Thrifty next door, you will find a much better deal !!! Do NOT let them fool you like I did. Learn from my mistakes !!!
