Be Aware of this Firm

This firm has contacted me and stated that I have a lawsuit pending and process server on my tail and if I didn't pay them, I would have to speak to a judge about it. They have no website and would not fax me any information regarding my loan with a company named Loanpoint. I did take a loan from them and am starting to pay it back through a collection agency that I have worked with on another loan over the past year.
Since they don't have a website and won't send me anything showing that they represent this firm, I told them to let the process server come because I would not pay them on just a phone call. I will state to a judge why I wouldn't deal with them - if they are in fact real. But after seeing the other comments, I am very suspicious.
