California Business Bureau employee Ben Brown has been very difficult to work with. I called on 4/12/2010 and "tried" to pay the amount shown on my credit report but he would not accept the payment that is stated, he wanted to charge me $35.00 more than what is owed. I was treated with disrespect and all I wanted to do was to pay what I owe. He then stated that if I did not pay the medical bill in the amount he said that meant that I did not care for my daughter's health.
I'm just trying to pay a bill that went into collections that's all.
